Ewah Otu EleriExecutive Director
He has worked on energy and environment reform issues in several African countries. Ewah has specialised in economic and policy issues associated with expansion of energy access. He has over the past 25 years been consulting for the World Bank, European Union, USAID, DFID, the Governments of Canada, Norway, United States and the Federal Government of Nigeria. He was the Lead Author of Nigeria's Renewable Energy Master Plan – the Federal Government’s 20-year Renewable Energy Investment Framework. Ewah has played central roles in Nigeria's energy access reform processes, including leading DFID's Nigeria Infrastructure Advisory Facility's (NIAF) technical assistance to the Federal Government of Nigeria on electricity access expansion, rural electrification reforms and renewable energy market development.
Adeola EleriBoard Member
Adeola is a Bio Energy Expert with a focus on the environment, climate change and gender mainstreaming. She is interested in projects and programs that contribute to improved livelihoods of the poor. She believes that access to affordable and sustainable energy services can led to eradication of extreme poverty in Nigeria. Adeola works for the Energy Commission of Nigeria.
Graham GassBoard Member
Graham has worked in development for twenty five years. Before joining the Department for International Development (DFID), he was an envrionment/development researcher and consultant. Since joing DFID he has served as a social development adviser and senior manager in various countries, including 10 years in Nigeria and 17 years overall in Africa. He currently holds the position of Group Head in DFID's Africa Regional Department.

Krishnan has over 35 years working experience in cross cultural environments. He spent 14 of those years working with UNEP and UN-HABITAT. He spearheaded resource mobilization for activities related to the establishment of One Stop Resource Centers for Children and Youth during Rio+20 (2012), WSSD 2002 (Rio+10), World Urban Forums in Barcelona, Vancouver, Nanjing and Rio. He led the development of the center's humanitarian response to the challenges of the Northeast.
Ishaku Huzi MsheliaChairman Board of Directors
Huzi is one of Nigeria's leading environmental lawyers. He is the Executive Director of Clean Energy and Safe Environmental Initiative, and an advisor to national and regional bodies on climate change legal and financial issues. Huzi led the development and advocacy for the Bill to Establish the Climate Change Commission. He is the Chairman, Board of Directors of ICEED. He has an LLB (Hons) from Ahmadu Bello University and graduated from the Nigerian Law School in 1986.
David Obasi NwachukwuBoard Member
He has over 30 years of varied financial services and consulting industry experience, including serving as the Managing Director of Midas Bank PLC. David has strong interests in economic development. He contributed to the drafting of the National Economic Empowerment and Development Strategy. In partnership with several donors, he has helped states develop their Poverty Reduction Strategies.
Precious Osamede OnuvaeResearch Associate
Precious is a Research Associate engaged in clean energy and climate change issues. She was the Market Development Manager for the Nigerian Alliance for Clean Cookstoves. Precious has also provided technical assistance to a DFID-supported programme, Nigerian Infrastructure and Advisory Facility (NIAF) and has worked with the World Bank Country Office, Abuja. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria.
Toryima IorkyaaField Officer (Solar PV and Renewable Energy)
Toryima is the field officer Solar PV to ICEED's Renewable Energy Component in the Borno MAIDA Project. He has over the years continuously provided technical support to ICEED Field Team members in both cookstoves and renewable energy.

Okey works within the renewable energy in designing of several solar-based panels and Clean Cookstoves
Michael EniolorundaFinance Officer
Michael is an accountant and ICEED's Finance Officer. He supports a full range of financial reporting, including auditing, record keeping and compliance responsibilities in ICEED. Michael holds a Bsc degree in accounting.
Chilezie OyariTechnical Officer
Chilezie is a Mechanical Engineer and specializes in the design and production of highly efficient clean cooking energy technologies for household and institutional use. Chilezie has continuously provided support to ICEED's technical team in delivering technical capacity building on clean cookstove design and production, solar systems design, maintenance and installation. He has experience in clean cookstove testing and design.
Obieje MaryFinance and Admin Manager
She has over 8 years experience in Audit, Accounting, Business Administration and has facilitated capacity building training of others at various levels. Mary is part of the Audit team that conducted Certification and verification of various projects funded by the EU in Kano, Jigawa and Yobe state respectively. Mary holds a first degree in Accountancy from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. A student member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria and also a student of Risk and Disaster Management department from the University of Maiduguri. She provides support to ICEED Finance/Admin team
Folake SalawuGender and Social Development Advisor
Folake is an Energy, Gender and Advocacy Specialist with International Centre for Energy, Environment & Development (ICEED) – Nigeria’s leading Think Tank on clean energy and climate change. Folake has specialised in gender issues associated with expansion of energy access to women and other vulnerable groups. She was a key member of the national team that carried out a gender audit of Nigeria's National Energy Policy. Folake has trained numerous gender and energy practitioners on gender and energy linkages in Nigeria and other African countries. She has over the past fifteen years managed and been involved in projects funded by EU, UNDP, GIZ, DFID, USAID, ENERGIA- Netherlands, the Federal Government of Nigeria and the German Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). She holds a Masters Degree in Resource Development from Umaru Musa Yar’Adua University Katsina.

Godwin is a Technical officer. He manages Iceed's technical activities together with the technical team.
He has worked with Alcon Nigeria limited as a Fitter where he built high level of competent in installation of designed machines and fabrications.
Godwin provides support to all ICEED's technical activities. He is a mechanical Engineer.
Dickson OdehField Officer (Cookstoves)
His area of specialization is clean energy technologies. Dickson provides technical supports in the design and development of highly efficient and affordable biomass cooking technologies for Nigeria's poor. He also provides support in vocational training for IDPs, Returnees and Host community members in Borno State.
Enyinnia EleriIT & Communication Officer
Enyinnia has experience in Network Administration, Graphics design, clean cookstoves capacity building, testing and participated in the training of others at ICEED's Clean Cookstoves Development and Testing Centre Afikpo. Enyinnia was part of the ICEED team that conducted baseline household cooking energy research and analysis in Adamawa and Niger State under Australian Aid and European Union funded projects respectively. The findings of these research works led to the development of efficient household and institutional stoves for these states.
Ifeyinwa Hilda EwaTechnical Officer
Ify provides support and assists in the delivery of ICEED's renewable energy projects including solar design and installation and clean cookstoves development and production. She has been actively involved in the implementation of the activities of ICEED foundation.
Olakunle AremuLogistics Officer
He is in charge of managing ICEED’s fleet of vehicles. He also provides support services for the smooth running of the offices. Olakunle has a National Diploma in Public Administration
Huleji SundayProgramme Officer
Sunday has over the years provided support to ICEED Technical team He has experience in renewable energy, clean cookstoves capacity building. Huleji has over 10 years experience in renewable energy. He was the technical head Renewable energy Dept (RED) in Simba groups and Contec power system. He was part of the facilitator and trainers for National Directorate of Employment (NDE) on renewable energy technologies (solar and inverters systems).
